About Us

The Pink Pineapple Creative Company was founded by local REALTOR® and real estate expert, Desiree Avila. Desiree was a high school history teacher and adjunct professor for 10 years. She had completed her doctoral studies in Educational Technology and was working on her thesis while at the same time exploring employment opportunities and studying for her real estate license.

She didn’t feel that the jobs available in education would allow her to complete her #1 job as a single mom. Weighing her options, she decided instead to go all in to real estate. She knew it would not be easy, she was starting from scratch, but she knew she could do it.

A quick study, she learned that advertising was extremely important to being successful in real estate. After a lot of trial and error, she developed her own marketing strategies. In addition to becoming an expert marketer, she honed her design and web development skills. Recognizing her expertise in these areas small business owners began to ask her for how-to advice and if she would be interested in doing little jobs. In those casual conversations and occasional side hustles she realized small businesses needed personalized services tailored to fit their differing digital needs.

She founded The Pink Pineapple Creative Company to help local entrepreneurs achieve their digital goals at reasonable prices. Currently The Pink Pineapple Creative Company’s Team is a small but select team of digital aficionados ready to help industrious impressarios with their digital desires and dilemmas, both small and large.
